Communication stages

2. *Regular updates*: During the project, we regularly inform customers about the progress of the project. Thanks to this, they can be up to date with every stage of construction or renovation. We also send photos and reports on the activities performed.

3. *Open to Suggestions*: We encourage our customers to share their comments and suggestions. We are flexible and ready to make changes if they are in line with their expectations. Our goal is to create a space that fully corresponds to their vision.

4. *Feedback after project completion*: After completion of the work, we conduct a conversation with the client to find out their opinion on the implementation of the project and the quality of services provided. This is important information for us, which allows us to constantly improve our activities.
